What We Do
Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers to assist our patients, families, and our team in bringing quality hospice care to our community. Hospice volunteers show their compassion and care with patients. Patient activities include but not limited to reading books or newspapers to patient, assist with reading or writing letters, engaging in conversation or hobbies, playing cards or games, and companionship visits for patients at end of life.
