This symposium will draw members of the UIndy Faculty & staff, UIndy students, UIndy Alumni, as well as individuals outside of the immediate UIndy community.
We are looking for Student Hospitality Ambassadors to assist with registration during the time before each of the sessions starting at 9:30 AM, 11AM, and 1PM. We also need individuals to serve as door greeters for the 3 main entrances that will be open for patrons to enter Schwitzer Student Center. Some will need assistance finding the UIndy Hal spaces and /or green room. There may also be opportunities to provide some additional services like providing patrons assistance in finding amenities within Schwitzer Student Center.
Students volunteering will receive a complimentary Department of History and Political Science T-Shirt which will need to be worn during their hour(s) of service for this experience!
VOLUNTEERS can check in on the day of the event at the registration Table outside of UIndy Hall A.
VOLUNTEERS can arrange to stop by GOOD HALL's Room 203 to pick up Complimentary Department T-shirt on Feb 16th or 17th between the hours of 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. We can have a shirt on hand on the day of the event if registered volunteers prefer to email priceck@uindy.edu no later than NOON on February 17th and provide their shirt size.
