Service: Tutor/Mentor to high school students

Each year BACI's Upward College (after school) Program have a total of over 120 students. We provide college readiness, academic successes, and leadership services to the high school students. Our sites are at Southport High School and Perry Meridian High School. The program dates are on Mondays/Tuesday/Wednesdays/Thursdays 2:15-5:30 PM.

Employment and Microenterprise Development Program (EMDP)

EMDP assists the refugee community members with job placement through organized job fairs, one-on-one employment assistance, and transportation assistance. The targeted population is the Burmese refugees who already live minimum of 180 days in the US.

Team of Resettlements Assistance and Integration of Newly/recently arrived Refugees/Parolees/etc

 

Other Special Projects and topic such as Health Fair, Financial Literacy Classes, Nutrition Classes, English for The Workplace Program (Indianapolis Public Libraries) etc.
