1. Upward College Program for HSS (Tutors and Mentorship, college readiness)

3. College Persistence and Career Counseling Program
4. Civic and Culture Education Program (ECI class for adults - US Civics and English Instruction classes, others)
5. Childcare Microenterprise Development Program
6. INDY (Inform, Navigate, Direct You) Program, and

• Employment and Microenterprise Development Program (EMDP)

EMDP assists the refugee community members with job placement through organized job fairs, one-on-one employment assistance, and transportation assistance. The targeted population is the Burmese refugees who already live minimum of 180 days in the US.

• Team of Resettlements Assistance and Integration of Newly/recently arrived Refugees/Parolees/etc

• Other Special Projects and topic such as Health Fair, Financial Literacy Classes, Nutrition Classes, English for The Workplace Program (Indianapolis Public Libraries) etc.
