Position Overview:
A Travel Assistant plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless travel experiences for clients or executives. This role involves coordinating various aspects of travel, such as transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are efficiently organized and executed. The Travel Assistant acts as a liaison between clients, travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure that all travel plans are executed smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Potential Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Planning for YGP and Partner Experiential Learning Excursions
- Research educational and fun experiences for teenagers
- Book hotels, College tours, Museum docents, fun activities, etc.
- Create budgets for Experiential Learning Excursions.
