Volunteers will assist with planning and leading simple art projects, guiding participants through activities, and encouraging them as they create. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy art and want to help others build confidence, develop new skills, and experience the joy of creativity. No formal art experience is required—just a willingness to engage, support, and have fun alongside the individuals we serve.

Service: Youth Mental Health Presenter (NAMI Ending the Silence)

Ending the Silence is an engaging presentation that helps audience members learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if loved ones are showing symptoms of a mental health condition.

Ending the Silence presentations include two leaders: one who shares an informative presentation, and a young adult with a mental health condition who shares their journey of recovery. Audience members can ask questions and gain an understanding of an often-misunderstood topic. Through dialogue, we can help grow the movement to end stigma.

Service: Produce for the People

Each Wednesday from 12 - 2 we give away thousands of pounds of produce to neighbors in need.  We'd love your help with getting the food set up/torn down, restocking during the duration, talking with and managing the crowd, helping neighbors with how much of what is available, and whatever else might be needed.  If you are a Spanish speaker that's a plus!
