Join us for our upcoming Grounded Gardening series! four hands-on, mindfulness sessions designed to connect you with nature and yourself. Two sessions will focus on tending soil and planting seeds at our raised garden beds near the campus church, while the other two sessions will take place at the community park in the neighborhood behind the health pavilion, featuring a beginner-friendly mindfulness introduction and a guided reflection walk.
