Volunteers will be re-packaging ingredients into our meal bags, labeling them, sealing them, and boxing them up so they are ready to be shipped overseas and then distributed to communities that desperately need it. All ingredients and materials necessary for packaging are already on-site at our warehouse. Volunteers should be ready to listen to music, socialize, and have a good time while working to create real sustainable change at the international level!
Rise Against Hunger is an international hunger relief organization that manages the logistics of packaging, storing, and shipping meals overseas. We do so through our three pathways to end hunger which include empowering communities, nourishing lives, and responding to emergencies. We connect our passionate volunteers to the communities we serve internationally through meal packaging events. Meal packaging events are inclusive, high-energy, and very hands-on volunteer service projects. Without our amazing volunteers, our mission would not be possible.
